Job summary

M&S is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, handling stock, processing deliveries, and ensuring the shop floor stays stocked, clean, and ready for customers.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role requiring flexibility to work across the wider store, and a digital mindset to track deliveries and stock with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform stock handling and deliveries tasks.
• Comfortable using digital tools to track deliveries and stock.
• Willingness to work across different store areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle stock and deliveries to keep the shop floor full and presentable.
• Support colleagues across the store to maintain availability and speed of service.
