Associ8 Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a Backshift Factory Manager to lead all manufacturing activities in the evening shift of a fast‑paced food production facility in Scotland. You will drive safety, quality and performance, coaching senior team members and delivering KPIs across output, yield and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading factory/production teams in FMCG.
• Strong food safety, quality and hygiene knowledge.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching.
• Ability to balance cost, quality and service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities across the factory during the backshift.
• Drive KPIs: output, yield, efficiency and labour utilisation.
• Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders, Supervisors and Production Managers.
• Plan staffing to meet operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Deliver compliance, GMP and site housekeeping.
