You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging modern practices like code reviews, pair programming, and Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills building scalable backend services, primarily in Python (any framework).
• Good understanding of databases, OO design, data structures and SOLID principles.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience with code reviews, pair programming and Agile processes.
• Strong collaborative approach and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across the team.
