Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks a seasoned Java backend developer with strong Spring Boot and microservices expertise to build high-performance financial services applications. Proficiency in Java NIO, FIX protocol, and low-latency coding is required, along with JMS/MQ/EMS or Kafka messaging experience.

Backend work will involve relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, or MS SQL and cloud/containerization familiarity.

Qualifications

• Java with NIO features (Channels/ Buffers/ Selectors).
• FIX protocol, market connectivity and low-latency programming expertise.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot application development skills.
• Experience with JMS/MQ/EMS or Kafka for messaging.
• Solid RDBMS knowledge (Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL).
• Cloud experience with microservices and containerization is a plus.
• Test-driven development and adherence to development standards.
• Unix/Linux scripting experience.
• CI/CD, Agile development and full software lifecycle experience.
• Basic MS Office tools knowledge (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).

Expert knowledge of FIX protocol Market Connectivity and Low latency programming is a must

Very strong in Java and Spring Boot based application development

Experience with middle layer messaging services like JMS MQ EMS or Kafka

Strong at RDBMS concepts and experience with Oracle Sybase or MS SQL

Cloud experience with Micro Services and Containerization is a big plus

Test driven development and to adhere with firms min development standards

Experience with Unix or Linux scripting

Solid experience with CICD tools Agile Development and Software life cycle

Basic experience with MS office platform tools like Work PPT and Excel is necessary
