Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade APIs, distributed systems, and backend services using Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
• Manage infrastructure involving relational and graph databases, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS + Pulumi preferred).
• Deploy to production from day one and take full ownership of your code and projects.
• Create technical specifications, build features end-to-end, and ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to a culture of speed, ownership, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a backend or infrastructure engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑level software in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
• Experience in distributed systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bonus: previous experience in an early‑stage startup or having founded a project yourself.
