Co-op Dalcross depot in Inverness is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a back shift (2pm to 10pm). This full-time role at 37.5 hours per week offers an hourly rate of £15.35–£17.36 with base pay £13.34 plus back shift and weekend allowances, plus great benefits.

No experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll work to daily targets in a supportive team environment with opportunities for progression and additional perks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, ambient).
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.
• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse.
• Work in a team to achieve daily targets.
