Positions

• Chef De Partie: Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in producing high‑quality, exceptional food for our clients.
• Sous Chef (Junior or Senior): Support our Head Chef, leading one of our kitchen brigades (choose between two brands).
• Shift patterns: 4:00 am – 1:30 pm and 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
