Nando’s Group is seeking Back of House Nandocas to join our team in Chatham. The role involves preparing and cooking PERi-PERi meals to wow guests, with no prior experience required.

You’ll set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe workstations, perform deep cleaning, and follow all safety and hygiene standards. We offer full and part-time shifts, and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; show passion and willingness to learn.
• Must complete school before becoming a Nando’s Team Member due to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook PERi-PERi meals to wow guests.
• Set up, maintain, hand over and close down clean, safe workstations.
• Perform deep cleaning to high standards.
• Follow fire safety, health and food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
