A digital healthcare provider in London is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager. This role involves managing marketing campaigns and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in regulated sectors, and is proficient in HubSpot. This position offers flexible working arrangements and competitive salary.
We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who is confident managing campaigns end-to-end (ideation to delivery and reporting), enjoys working cross-functionally, and has experience scaling B2B marketing activity in a high-growth environment. Please note: this is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on managing campaigns rather than people.
As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving HealthHero’s B2B growth. You will be responsible for building and launching scalable campaigns, supporting the new business funnel, and ensuring clients and prospects are engaged through sharp, effective marketing.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Account Management, you will make sure campaigns are aligned, consistent and commercially focused. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to create and optimise content, manage our HubSpot marketing automation, and deliver in‑life campaigns that support both acquisition and retention.

Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Office based: London
Working Model: Flexible hybrid/remote model, with some core collaboration hours
