Salary £45,000 - £60,000
Greater Brighton area, office based.

Talent Hub is working in partnership with an established UK wide brand. They are looking for an experienced commercially focused B2B Marketing Manager with skills in digital marketing, Lead gen’, CRM, HubSpot, Paid Media as well as the wider marketing mix.

This is full-time an office-based job, just outside Brighton. No hybrid or WFH is available.

About the Role

For this B2B Marketing Manager you should have:

  • At least 5+ years of strategic marketing management experience in a B2B sector
  • Proven success with lead gen’ and CRM, ideally Hubspot
  • Have a degree in marketing or equivalent business Qualification
  • Proven skills and hands on delivery of campaigns in Digital, lead gen’, SEO, PPC and content creation
  • Successful developed and delivered Strategy and planning
  • Experienced in people management of a marketing team and external agencies
Responsibilities for the B2B Marketing Manager job include:
  • Create and develop the Marketing Strategy and Plan, aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities
  • Supporting the sales team engage prospects and convert opportunities more effectively through digital marketing activity
  • Manage the digital performance, website and campaigns across SEO, paid search and other digital channels, working with partners to grow traffic and improve visibility.
  • Plan and coordinate content and campaigns across email, paid, social and web, supporting product launches, sales priorities and brand visibility
  • Own monthly performance reporting across all marketing activity, ensuring results are reviewed and improvements made.
  • Manage and support the Marketing team providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear priorities, and helping develop their skills in line with team goals
