Job summary

The Think Tank in London is hiring a Junior Account Executive apprentice to support account managers on day-to-day B2B marketing campaigns. You will learn agency operations, from project coordination to reporting, while pursuing a Level 4 AI Marketing Executive apprenticeship over 18 months.

The role blends hands-on client work with formal training, requiring attendance in our Holborn office at least two days weekly and a commitment to developing real qualifications while building your marketing

Qualifications

• Bright, organised and keen to learn.
• Confident with people, and happy on the phone and over email.
• Good written English and a sharp eye for detail.
• Genuinely interested in marketing, business and how brands grow.
• Reliable, proactive and calm when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Supporting account managers across a mix of B2B client accounts.
• Helping keep projects on track, on time and on budget.
• Researching clients, audiences and competitors.
• Helping prepare reports, presentations and status updates.
• Working with our creative, digital and PR teams to move projects along.
• Proofreading and quality-checking materials before they go out.
• Keeping trackers, contact reports and account admin up to date.
