Account Executive – Specialist Property Insurance

The Opportunity

Join a leading specialist property insurance broker who operates a highly supportive, technology-enabled environment. We're looking for a driven Account Executive to service a complex book of accounts and help drive growth within a specialist division. You'll be part of an expert team in the Bournemouth office, operating on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will manage a client portfolio and drive business growth by :

  • Client Management - Control the renewal process and accurately gather information from clients.
  • Business Growth - Chase warm leads to maintain and grow your portfolio; identify and recommend new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation - Discuss renewal terms, seek competitive alternatives, and liaise with brokers to secure the most competitive terms that meet client objectives.
  • Administration & Resolution - Efficiently assess and resolve account queries and credit control matters, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
  • Process Improvement - Look at internal processes with a critical eye and suggest efficiency improvements.
  • Relationship Building - Visit clients as appropriate to strengthen professional relationships.
