We're on the hunt for a creative, commercially‑minded B2b Email Marketing Manager to join a growing London Content Agency that is shaking things up.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Greater London, Central London
Job Type: Permanent

We want the person who turns big ideas into high‑impact email campaigns, works with big databases, and brings in cold leads. This role plans, launches and optimises campaigns that generate leads for clients and fuel the agency’s own growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Email Campaigns: Plan and deliver lead‑gen campaigns across email, social and digital; support events and client projects; write copy for promotional content
  • Optimisation: Run A/B tests, track metrics, and refine strategies; manage risks; align campaigns with sales goals
  • Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to create clear reports, share insights and present results confidently to stakeholders
  • Operations: Build and deploy email campaigns, manage CRM and automation, update websites, and support ads, social and design tasks
  • Innovation: Stay on top of marketing trends, bring fresh ideas and help shape the agency’s marketing approach
About You
  • Solid experience within a B2B email marketing team, managing multiple projects
  • The ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content
  • A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data
  • The ability to manage a budget
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

You MUST have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.

This role is based from a Central London office, working hybrid 3 dpw and paying £45k – £50k depending on experience.
