We are looking for a highly organised and proactive B2B Assistant Manager to support our Outbound Operations Manager within the warehouse team.

This role focuses on managing the operational flow of all B2B and wholesale orders, ensuring every shipment is prepared accurately, packed to standard, and dispatched on time. You’ll coordinate between Goods In, Kitting, Stock Control, and Warehouse teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across the floor.

It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, a problem‑solving mindset, and the confidence to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Outbound Operations Manager with daily B2B warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate bulk, wholesale, and marketplace orders from receipt to dispatch.
  • Supervise and guide operatives to ensure SLA and quality targets are consistently achieved.
  • Liaise with Goods In, Kitting, and Stock Control teams to maintain clear workflow and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure all orders follow correct customer specific and retailer shipping requirements.
  • Conduct order checks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, organisation, and operational discipline on the floor.
  • Assist with reporting on productivity, SLA performance, and daily operational summaries.
Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and work conditions are conducive to a productive and safe environment.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, report on productivity metrics.
  • Provide department insights to stakeholders identifying risks and opportunities.
Experience and Attributes
  • Proven experience in warehouse or fulfilment operations (B2B or e‑commerce preferred).
  • Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise small teams and support floor‑level decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication with internal departments.
  • Confident using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Solid understanding of retailer compliance, packaging, and labelling standards within B2B fulfilment.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and reliability under pressure.
