We are looking for a highly organised and proactive B2B Assistant Manager to support our Outbound Operations Manager within the warehouse team. This role focuses on managing the operational flow of all B2B and wholesale orders, ensuring every shipment is prepared accurately, packed to standard, and dispatched on time. You\'ll coordinate between Goods In, Kitting, Stock Control, and Warehouse teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across the floor. It\'s a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to lead by example.
