Job summary

Jet2.com is expanding its engineering team at Birmingham Airport and seeks a B2 Licensed Engineer for a full-time, 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will work on our Airbus fleet, ensuring aircraft stay flight-ready during live turnarounds and routine maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a CAA B2 license with commercial aircraft experience, a full UK driving licence, and ideally current approvals for Jet2.com types (737-800 / A321).

Qualifications

• CAA B2 licensed with experience on commercial aircraft.
• Full UK driving licence held.
• Ideally hold approvals for Jet2.com types (737-800 / A321).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on Jet2.com aircraft in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
• Prioritise and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out.
