Reporting to the Engineering Shift Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability and performance across the Line Maintenance operation. Duties will include:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will work without direct supervision and be able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.
You will have proven Line Maintenance experience, strong technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 and the ability to supervise a team effectively in a time sensitive operation.
You should be comfortable working independently, making sound decisions under pressure and adapting to changing operational priorities.
£102,000 + shift allowance
