Key Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including all forms of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Certification of maintenance within the scope of company approvals.

Provide leadership and supervision of aircraft mechanics and support staff by setting high standards for maintenance execution.

Ensure all aircraft maintenance activity is completed efficiently and on time to meet customer satisfaction and technical dispatch reliability.

Skills and Experience

Part 66 CAA Licence (B1).

Previous line maintenance experience required.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Strong communication abilities.

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
