Job summary

2Excel Aviation Ltd is seeking a full-time B1 Line Certifying Engineer to join our Aircraft Maintenance Team at Humberside. The role involves line maintenance on Beech King Air series and other aircraft, with responsibilities including inspections, defect rectification and maintaining the maintenance facility.

Essentially you must hold a UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence, have recent Beech 200/300 experience, be flexible to travel to other sites, and be a strong team player with good IT skills and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 Licence.
• Recent demonstrable experience on Beech 200, 300 or PA31.
• Flexible and able to travel to other sites as required.
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• Able to work well in a team with good IT skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Line Maintenance activities on Beech King Air series and other aircraft as required.
• Support scheduled maintenance and out of phase inspections as an A Licenced activity.
• Work in C Rating Bays, tyre bay, Battery Bay and Component Bay (TERSUS & Role equipment).
• Support day-to-day running of the Maintenance Organisation's Line Station.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Liaise with stores for stock and tooling knowledge.

We are seeking a full-time B1 Line Certifying Engineer to join our dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Team at Humberside.

About the Role:

This is a permanent post conducting Line Maintenance activities on company Beech King Air Series aircraft along with other aircraft types.

The role's key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Line Maintenance activities supporting our Beech 200 and 300 aircraft including scheduled maintenance, out of phase inspections, defect rectification and role changes.
• Supporting scheduled maintenance, out of phase inspections, defect rectification and role changes on other company aircraft types as required - as an A Licenced activity.
• Supporting maintenance activities in company C Rating Bays, tyre bay, Battery Bay, Component Bay (TERSUS & Role equipment).
• Support the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Organisations Line Station
• Support the cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep of Maintenance facilities and equipment
• Stores knowledge, preferably within aviation/aerospace with experience working within a bonded store and tool store.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• An unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 Licence
• Demonstrable recent experience on Beech 200, 300 or PA31
• Flexible and able to travel to work at other sites as required
• Excellent team player and communicator
