A leading consulting firm in the UK seeks an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop Subject Matter Expert to manage and develop the AVD environment. Candidates must hold active SC Clearance and possess strong experience in Azure and AVD architecture. Key Responsibilities

• Run, operate, and develop the AVD environment in line with business and security requirements.
• Maintain and manage the Windows environment hosted within AVD.
• Configure and manage policies, profiles, and settings that support AVD operations.
• Provide direct end-user support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee and maintain all aspects of the Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.

Requirements

• SC Cleared (must hold active clearance at the time of application).
• In-depth understanding of Azure and AVD architecture, including design and migration best practices.
• Strong track record in the management, configuration, and deployment of AVD solutions.
• Experience in Windows OS administration within a virtual desktop environment.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) working practices.

Salary

• Up to £425 per day (Inside IR35)
