Job summary

A leading service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure SRE Lead to enhance the reliability and performance of systems on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, software engineering, and automation. This urgent role is part of a significant migration project for an AI Corporation, requiring a presence in Woking one day per week. This position offers up to £500.00 per day inside IR35.

Azure Infrastructure SRE Lead

Upto 500.00 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Location: 1 day per week in Woking

Our leading services client is seeking an experienced, UK based Azure Infrastructure SRE Lead to be responsible for the overall reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency of systems and services deployed on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.

This role combines deep expertise in Azure infrastructure with strong software engineering principles, leadership, and a focus on automation to manage complex, large-scale systems.

This is an urgent requirement to support a critical migration and platform enhancement project for an AI Corporation. The migration is part of a multi-hundred-million dollar programme.

The tech stack is on Azure (.NET / Azure SQL Database / Azure Functions).
