Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group in London is seeking a hands-on Sandbox Platform Engineer for a 6-month contract (outside IR35). You will design, implement and operationalise the Sandbox Platform, focusing on Azure foundations, IaC automation, and secure governance across isolated sandbox environments.

The role requires delivering repeatable platform services, integrating with security and architecture stakeholders, and a strong automation mindset to minimise manual work and ensure cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Sandbox Platform per strategy and architecture (design, build, pilot).
• Build Azure foundations with isolation controls for sandbox workloads.
• Develop IaC modules (Terraform) and automation (Ansible) in GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• Integrate Entra ID RBAC and privileged access (PIM/JIT).
• Automate provisioning, expiry, shutdown, and cost controls for sandbox resources.
• Define standard deployment patterns and reusable automation for sandbox needs.
• Provide documentation, runbooks, and handover to hosting teams.
