The position is full-time, permanent and advertised as Hybrid with three office days per week in Winchester, Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing integrations on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML.
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring/logging skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.

• Design, build and maintain integration solutions using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions).
• Develop and maintain integration patterns, mappings and transformation logic between systems.
• Collaborate with development, operations and stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and diagnostics for integration pipelines to ensure availability and rapid incident response.
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance and data handling requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for operational teams.

Introduction

We are looking for an Azure Integration Engineer who will ensure reliable, scalable integration across cloud and on-prem systems. This role is key to enabling smooth data flows and dependable services that support business applications and customer experiences.

Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to design, implement and support integration solutions using Microsoft Azure integration services. You will translate business requirements into robust integration patterns, maintaining performance, security and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integration solutions using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain integration patterns, mappings and transformation logic between systems.
• Work with development, operations and stakeholder teams to define integration requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and diagnostics for integration pipelines to ensure availability and rapid incident response.
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance and data handling requirements typical for enterprise IT environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for operational teams.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Practical experience designing and implementing integrations on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions or equivalent.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, message-based architectures and common data formats (JSON, XML).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with monitoring and logging tools.Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in cloud technologies or integration are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrable professional experience that shows capability to perform the role is also acceptable.
