This engineering-first role involves 70–80% hands-on design and 20–30% client-facing advisory, with a hybrid work model in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud data engineering on Azure.
• Terraform with modular design and testing.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure-First Platform Architecture for data platforms.
• Design and build data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Package reusable solutions as Terraform modules and pipeline templates.
• Mentor engineers and guide security-by-default practices.
