Qualifications

• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments (Azure and VMware).
• Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling.
• Solid grounding in networking, identity, backup, and security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, management, and automation of infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Monitor and optimise cloud consumption.
• Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security incident responses.
• Assist with operational management of data platforms.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows and Linux systems.
