Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a DevOps Engineer to evolve an Azure cloud platform and drive engineering excellence. You’ll own Azure infrastructure with Terraform, implement robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and mentor a junior teammate as the platform matures.

Expect collaboration across a friendly tech function and involvement with AI/MLOps tooling as the product evolves. Candidates should demonstrate production Azure experience, IaC proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production.
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
Real, hands-on experience owning CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
Experience troubleshooting production issues with third-party support.

Responsibilities

Define, version, and manage Azure infrastructure through modular, reusable Terraform.
Enforce GitFlow branching, code reviews, and automated deployment practices for all infra changes.
Design, build, and maintain secure, high-speed CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Serve as a second-line escalation point for platform incidents; provide engineering diagnosis and resolution.
Diagnose bottlenecks and infrastructure issues and implement fixes.
Collaborate with external support on incidents and day-to-day maintenance.
Document architecture and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in evolving MLOps/AI platform work as the product develops and mentor junior teammates.
