Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd is recruiting a DevOps Engineer in Manchester to optimise and scale an Azure-based infrastructure, lead on automation, security, and performance across the software lifecycle.

You'll design CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, automate builds, deployments, and provisioning, and manage Azure resources with Terraform/Bicep/ARM. Collaborative culture, hybrid work in Manchester.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting experience.
• Hands-on Docker/containerisation experience.
• Git or Azure Repos experience.
• Familiar with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Understanding of security practices and code quality tools.
• Experience with blue/green and canary deployment strategies.
• Flexible working options.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, deployment and infrastructure provisioning processes.
• Manage Azure resources using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Support applications running in Azure App Services, Function Apps and other services.
• Integrate tools for automated testing, code quality and security (e.g. SonarCloud, Snyk).
• Set up monitoring and incident response with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Manage secrets and access control to support secure cloud practices.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
