Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Azure Databricks Architect to join our ACT Practice. The role focuses on enterprise-scale Databricks platforms, governance, FinOps, and platform transformation across client engagements.

You will collaborate with security teams, enterprise architects, and delivery leads to shape architecture roadmaps and ensure scalable, secure data platforms. Hybrid working is offered, blending office, client site, and home-based work.

With a hands-on culture and close proximity to its clients, Sogeti is currently looking for a Azure Databricks Architect to join our ACT Practice, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving impactful value creation for our clients.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale Azure Databricks platforms

• Enterprise-scale performance and workload optimisation

FinOps Leadership

• Design and implementation of FinOps operating models
• Cost attribution frameworks
• Budget governance, chargeback/showback models
• Enterprise tagging strategies and policy enforcement

Security & Governance

• Data governance and platform security architecture
• Secure integration patterns
• Regulatory and compliance alignment
• Operational guardrails, standards, and controls

Platform Transformation
