Job summary

JATO Dynamics Ltd is seeking an Azure Data Engineer with Microsoft Fabric experience to join our agile product delivery teams. You will design, build and optimize scalable data pipelines, transforming complex datasets into valuable commercial solutions for internal and external customers.

Collaborating with Product, Architecture, Operations, and Engineering, you’ll drive platform innovation and best practices with modern DevOps approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Python and data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure.
• Ingest, transform, and store data to create trusted data assets.
• Develop data products meeting business and customer requirements.
• Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from development to production with CI/CD.
• Improve data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Azure data lakes and warehouses.
• Develop and maintain PySpark notebooks and processing solutions.
