A local support organization in Hull seeks a Personal Assistant to help a gentleman with personal care and daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and some experience in care work. Responsibilities include attending appointments and assisting with meal preparation. This role offers £12.21 per hour for 9 hours of work, with additional hours available. DBS check required.
A Personal Assistant is required to support a fifty-four-year-old gentleman in the HU7 area of Hull. He has a wicked sense of humour, is fun to spend time with and loves to have a laugh and a joke. He values his independence and has previously been involved in residents’ consultation groups. He uses an electric wheelchair to get around and is partially sighted; he can no longer leave his home without a PA present due to the sight impairment.
There will be additional hours available when the main PA is on holiday or on sick leave.
