  • Be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning AWS solutions with business goals.
  • Optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Lead operational reviews and service health assessments.
  • Advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests.
  • Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT).
  • 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments.
  • Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
