Job description

Want to dive deeper into the world of Kubernetes?

If you know tools like Helm, Itsio, and Kops like your A-B-Cs, then this role offers a great opportunity to further expand your knowledge of K8s and gain more hands‑on production experience with it.

The company itself is a highly respected global digital transformation consultancy that operates in both the public and private sectors. This particular opportunity would see you within a team of around 300 platform engineers, known as the company’s centre of excellence, which acts as a separate entity. Therefore you’ll benefit from the financial resources of a major organisation while working in a small enough team to know your voice will be heard and your impact will be clear.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities would include provisioning cloud infrastructure using Terraform, deployments to AWS, building and managing EKS clusters (on the largest implementation of Kubernetes in the UK currently), and helping various clients with other aspects of their cloud migration journey.

As part of being on the team, you’ll have access to an unlimited training budget to invest in your personal development and upskilling. You’ll also benefit from their flexible working hours, allowing you to fit work around your personal life.
