The role focuses on patching Linux servers, automating infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform and Git, and keeping documentation up to date while meeting PCI-DSS requirements. This hybrid Swindon role offers a supportive team and a range of benefits to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and enterprise Linux administration (RedHat).
• Automation experience with Ansible.
• Experience with Git version control (Bitbucket or GitLab).
• Follows change management processes.
• Scripting skills in Terraform and Bash.
• Experience maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Manage support tickets and day-to-day (BAU) tasks.
• Carry out Linux server patching and updates.
• Fix security vulnerabilities on Linux systems.
• Use Git, Terraform, and Ansible to automate infrastructure changes.
• Keep infrastructure documentation up to date.
• Help ensure systems remain compliant with PCI-DSS requirements.
