This role includes building and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and automating environments using AWS and IaC methodologies. Candidates must have Active Security Clearance, strong programming skills, and experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure. The position offers a salary of up to £61,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using a tailored SAFe Agile SecDevOps Scrum approach.
• Automate environments with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Support continuous testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Skills

Active Security Clearance (SC)

Hands-on experience in programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Experience in AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers

CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo)

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

Proficiency in Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation

AWS DevOps Engineer is required for a leading global technology and engineering partner delivering cutting-edge digital transformation, cybersecurity, and mission-critical systems for government and commercial sectors. With deep expertise in defence, intelligence, healthcare, and transportation with high-performance solutions that improve operational efficiency.

You will build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using a tailored SAFe Agile SecDevOps Scrum approach, applying cloud-native design and DevOps best practices. The role involves automating environments with AWS and IaC, plus supporting continuous testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Key skills:
