Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Data Engineer to join its growing engineering capability within a consultancy environment. You will work on large-scale data and cloud transformation programmes for enterprise clients, delivering modern data platforms and analytics capabilities.

As part of a collaborative team, you will partner with architects, consultants, support engineers and delivery leads to develop and enhance data solutions across cloud platforms, gaining exposure to AI-driven

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering, including Python.
• Experience working with AWS ETL services.
• Experience querying and managing data held within AWS S3.
• Experience managing API integrations and database connectivity.
• Familiarity with GitLab or similar source control and DevOps platforms.
• Experience using Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
• Experience supporting production systems and live service environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined work packages and technical tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Develop, maintain, schedule and troubleshoot batch and micro-batch data pipelines.
• Support and enhance cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Manage API integrations and database connectivity.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and wider project teams to solve issues.
• Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues in an agile engineering setting.
