Job summary

Wipro Limited in Norwich is seeking an AWS Cloud Security Engineer to support data-centre to AWS migration programmes. You will ensure workloads move safely into the Landing Zone/Control Tower model with the right guardrails and operational readiness.

The role requires hands-on cloud security engineering, implementing core controls such as secure connectivity, IAM, data protection and logging/monitoring, and close collaboration with delivery teams to keep migration on track.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud security engineering experience.
• Experience implementing security controls for cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security fundamentals and landing zone controls.
• Experience with core security controls (secure connectivity, IAM, data protection, logging/monitoring).

Job Description

Role: AWS Cloud Security Engineer -

Responsibilities:

• This role provides hands-on cloud security engineering to support data centre to AWS migration programmes, ensuring workloads move safely into the Landing Zone/Control Tower model with the right guardrails, controls, and operational readiness.
• Individual work closely with Cloud Security Architect and assist in defining and implementing security building blocks and controls in order to ensure migration designs meet required security outcomes.
• Strong experience is expected in Cloud knowledge more specifically AWS security fundamentals and landing zone controls
• Implementing core cloud security controls (secure connectivity, IAM, data protection, and logging/monitoring),
• Collaborating across delivery teams to remove blockers and keep migration delivery on track.
