Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Data Insights Lead to drive data-informed decision-making to support our HR Business Partners and B usiness L eaders . This role is pivotal in transforming complex HR data into clear actionable insights that support workforce planning talent strategies and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a data-savvy professional with a passion for storytelling through data a strong grasp of HR metrics and a collaborative mindset .

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret HR data to uncover trends patterns and insights that inform strategic workforce planning and HR initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Design build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits validation checks and process improvements.
  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast key HR outcomes such as attrition engagement and workforce capacity.
  • Champion data literacy across the HR team by training colleagues on analytics tools techniques and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance HR data systems tools and processes to improve efficiency and insight generation.
  • Stay current with industry trends tools and innovations in HR analytics and data science .
  • Incorporate and analyse external data sources (location economic regulatory and market trends) to inform HR strategy.
  • Guide HR leaders on the impact of external influences on workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Facilities for integrated cost and headcount analytics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics workforce planning or data analysis.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Workday reporting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with M&A or organisational restructuring from an HR data perspective (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Solid understanding of key HR metrics and best practices in people analytics.
  • Awareness of data privacy data security and system security best practices in handling HR information.
