  • Conduct monthly deviation analysis, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • Oversee treasury management including cash operating cycle analysis and investment planning.
  • Coordinate with internal audit teams for compliance tests.
  • Perform cost and price analysis for supply chain and plants.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Entire Finance, Accounting and Tax of five legal entities and three business verticals (individual PL accounts) & Manufacturing sites; Consolidations of accounts, Internal & statutory reporting for regional level.
  • Represent SEA region to Global Business review (Monthly & Quarterly) and responsible for monthly deviation analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and five-year strategic planning and analysis.
  • Entire treasury management (Cash operating cycle analysis), loan sourcing & investment planning for all entities.
  • Regularly coordinated with internal audit teams; participated into audits/compliance tests across regional entities.
  • Cost & Price analysis for plants and supply-chain; spearheading customer bidding process; addressing complex issues with revenue recognition and adhering to accounting standards in respective countries.
  • Key decision maker on new product introduction & discontinuation of low yielding ventures. Competitor analysis.
  • Educate & direct respective country-leadership team in terms of business targets and continuous assessments.
  • Driving the cost saving model across the region and achieve financial yields for every strategic decision made.
  • Responsible for setting up business strategies, market relationship, legal, IT and compliance aspects across.
  • Form & maintain healthy relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Conflict redressals and building up non-financial strategies. Collaborative team culture and living the Vesuvius CORE values.
  • Assisting regional supply chain function with business focus, decision making and continuous monitoring.
  • Cost driven continuous improvement for both people and system. Commercial partnering with business verticals.
