Babcock International Company is seeking an Avionics Engineer to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot advanced avionics and electrical systems on rotary aircraft. You will work with the Avionics Supervisor and Maintenance team, supporting maintenance plans, milestones and aviation safety compliance.
Based at Gloucestershire Airport on site, the role requires strong fault-finding, documentation skills, and a focus on safety and regulatory standards.
As an Avionics Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting advanced aircraft avionics and electrical systems, helping to ensure the safe flying of aircraft in line with customer expectations. Working closely with the Avionics Supervisor and Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in supporting maintenance plans, achieving operational milestones and maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and compliance.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport).
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
