Responsibilities

• Act as the Customer’s go-to person for all operational matters.
• Handle ordering and shipments for maintenance activities.
• Manage cross‑departmental collaboration for parts movement.
• Coordinate material at customer to ensure inventory aligns to contract.
• Resolve issues with parts arriving at customer locations.
• Project-manage large projects according to timeline and budget.
• Lead analysis and maintenance of customer data for scorecards.
