Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a meticulous Part-145 Stores Operative in the UK to manage the control, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials. You will ensure only compliant, serviceable components are used, with proper airworthiness documentation.

The role supports engineering operations and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated aviation environment. Key duties include receiving, inspecting, and dispatching parts, maintaining traceable inventory, and coordinating shipments

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation stores or regulated logistics environment (including military).
• Excellent accuracy and strong organisational skills are essential.
• Proficient with inventory systems and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of airworthiness documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt and dispatch with inspection and airworthiness documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with full traceability.
• Monitor shelf life and containment of consumables and components, quarantine non-conforming items.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of parts per manufacturer/regulatory requirements (ESD, environment).
• Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments with compliant packaging/documentation.
• Support Part-145 compliance and assist audits (CAA/EASA).
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely availability of serviceable parts.
