A growing aviation components company in Braintree is seeking an Aviation Store Operative to facilitate the movement and distribution of components. Responsibilities include administering deliveries and fulfilling workshop demands. The ideal candidate will have GCSE education, be computer literate, and possess a strong physical fitness level suitable for heavy lifting. Experience in the industry and a forklift license are advantageous.

The Position

To facilitate the movement and distribution of components to both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Administer receipt of customer and vendor deliveries.
• Pick and packing and distribute components, fulfilling workshop demands.

Skills and Experience

• Previous industry experience advantageous.
• The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standards, be computer literate.
• Must be considered physically fit as there will be a certain amount of heavy lifting involved.
• FLT (Forklift Truck) license would advantageous but not essential.
