• Manage passenger queues with a calm, authoritative, welcoming presence to navigate security smoothly.
• Conduct access control and security sweeps across terminals, airside zones and secure perimeters.
• Respond swiftly and professionally alongside emergency services and airport stakeholders if a security event arises.
