Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in London is seeking full-time security officers to start ASAP. Permanent work is offered with day, night and weekend shifts. You can choose to work days or just nights plus weekends.

Day shifts run 8 am to 6 pm or 8 am to 8 pm at £22.50 per hour. Night shifts 8 pm to 8 am at £25.50 per hour. Weekends and overtime paid at £28.50 per hour. Weekly pay every Friday. 45–60 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to notice threats or suspicious behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing buildings, perimeters, and access points.
• Monitoring CCTV and other security systems for threats.
• Controlling access by logging entries/exits and verifying IDs.
• Responding to alarms and incidents and taking appropriate action.
• Enforcing security policies and reporting irregularities.
• Maintaining logs and incident reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
