Responsibilities

• Use equipment to ensure prohibited articles are not taken into secure areas.
• Carry out regular patrols around airside and landside locations.
• Attend to and investigate reports of incidents.
• Complete documentation on any incidents that may have occurred.
• Respond to and assist with emergency situations.
• Maintain high customer service and satisfaction.
