Job summary

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is recruiting a part 145 Records Supervisor to join the Heavy Maintenance Training department at Prestwick. You will oversee training plans, records, and compliance across engineering, coordinating with AMOS and E-learning teams.

The role requires experience in leading a team, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to liaise with the Training Manager and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual training plans and records across all PAML facilities.
• Maintain the approved records system.
• Oversee management of all PAML due dates and renewals for compliance.
• Oversee weekly training expiry reports by Records Coordinators.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Base Maintenance Training Records team.
• Liaise with AMOS Support and E-learning teams for records management.
