Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Ramp Agent at Leeds Bradford airport to support aircraft, passengers and cargo handling. You will be part of a team ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 25 hours per week on shift work, including weekends. A full UK manual driving license is required and background checks will be conducted. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexible to cover weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid full UK manual driving license and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates with safe positioning.
• Operate ground service equipment (tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts) safely.
• Carry out aircraft servicing tasks (cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, water replenishment).
• Follow safety procedures and marshalling signals; handle hazardous materials when required.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline partners.
