Job summary

Qualifications

• Aviation manufacturing experience or technical experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience with quality systems and data analysis is required.
• Auditing and process improvement experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a positive EHS culture across the site.
• Perform audits (Systems, Supplier & Product) and maintain a rolling audit plan.
• Investigate non-conformances, drive root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions.
• Contribute to business improvement activities and visual management tools.
• Review supplier concessions and production permits and provide feedback to customers.
