Job summary

A leading airport service provider in Manchester seeks a Manager to oversee PRM operations. You will manage staff performance, handle customer complaints, and generate operational reports. A DBS check and the right to work in the UK are mandatory.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience, ideally within Aviation.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must pass a DBS check.
• Must be able to provide 5 years reference information.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective leadership and performance management of employees.
• Drive a culture of excellence in customer service.
• Manage the resolution of passenger and customer complaints.
• Proactively engage with Airlines and maintain effective communication.
• Produce detailed operational reports.
