• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Happy to complete a DBS check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 Operations Control Centre activities.
• Draft and send customer communications during disruptions.
• Monitor flight status and communicate delays accurately.
• Assist Operational Planning Team with performance and analysis.
